In the early 2000s, our brewmaster’s wife was diagnosed with celiac disease. That’s a tough diagnosis when you work in the beer industry and love drinking traditional craft beer. Joe made it his personal mission to brew a great tasting craft beer made from traditional ingredients and crafted to remove gluten. He didn’t care about following any trends, he just wanted to make a craft beer for people who need or want to avoid gluten. That’s how Omission Brewing Company was born
Redhook Ales will quench the thirst of any craft beer drinker. The original Redhook ales were modeled after spicy Belgian ales and today Redhook is known as one of the most technologically advanced craft brewers in North America.
In 1979 , having trouble finding beer in the U.S. that they liked to drink, brothers Kurt and Rob Widmer began making beer. After quitting their jobs in 1984, the Widmer brothers decide to turn their hobby into a vocation and open their own brewery.
